Abstract |
Endovascular technique is common and safe procedure to treat subarachnoid hemorrhage. Diagnostic and therapeutic endovascular procedures are mainly performed via common femoral artery. And the researches are only focused on femoral approach and there hemostasis. However, the subarachnoid hemorrhage is most frequent in old ages, and there vessels are often curving, angulations, twisting, looping and kinking. So femoral approaches are unavailable at times. In this situation, this report is to describe three cases of carotid artery approach coil embolization using FemoSealTM vascular closure device. |
